يعاني أهالي قرية القفيف التابعة لمركز الضميرية التابعة لبلدية محافظة الحناكية من تعثر سفلتة الطريق داخل القرية حيث أن بداية العقد كانت بتاريخ 16/10/1430 هـ وتم تسليم الموقع لمؤسسة العساف بتاريخ 24/10/1430هـ ومدته 18 شهراً وانتهت مدة المشروع المفترض تسليمه بتاريخ 24/6/1432 هـ
ونحن الآن بتاريخ 25/9/1434 هـ ومازال أهالي القرية يعانون مشكلة الردم التي تشكل خطراً على السيارات لوجود مسامير داخل الطرق وضعتها الشركة أثناء ردم المشروع كما يتصاعد الغبار أثناء مرور السيارات والرياح وإعاقة الحركة أثناء هطول الأمطار فهناك الشيوخ وكبار السن والأطفال ممن يؤثر على صحتهم العامة حيث أن القرية تعاني من عدم وجود مركز صحي يخدمهم.
أضواء الوطن التقت أهالي القرية حيث تحدث الأستاذ/ عمر معتق الشاماني : قائلا قمت بمراجعة بلدية الحناكية التابعة لنا وأفادتنا بأنه تم سحب المشروع من المقاول الأول وتسليمه لمقاول أخر.
وقال الأستاذ/ حمد الشاماني : متسائلاً عن تأخر وضع الطبقة الأسفلتيه حيث كان جاهزاً المشروع للسفلتة والمشكلة انه لابد من إعادة تجهيز المشروع من جديد ليكون مناسباً لوضع الطبقة الإسفلتية
وتحدث المواطن/ محمد خلف الشاماني : عن ذلك قائلاً لقد تضررت سيارتي وسيارات أهالي القرية من المسامير التي وضعت أثناء ردم المشروع ولا حياة لمن تنادي وأن القرية لابد من حل وضعها لأنها تشتهر بكثرة المزارع وإنتاج الحبوب والتمور والخضروات كما يطالب أهالي المنطقة بربط القرية بطريق المهد المؤدي للمدينة المنورة حيث أن القرية يربطها بالطريق طريق صحراوي شديد الوعورة يبلغ طوله 10 كيلومتر وجميع مطالبات أهل القرية بسفلتته بآت بالفشل.
فلنقل من المسؤول عن تهاون المسؤولين أهي مؤسسة العساف أم بلدية الحناكية التابعة لها القرية حيث أن الدولة اعزها الله دفعت ملايين الريالات لتعبيد الطرق.

الفساد الاداري عم كل المناطق والمشكلة في مدة العقد والشركات غير مضنفة والادهي الخفي ان ان الجهة الاستشارية البلدية نفسها كيف مدري مفروض الاستشاري مكتب هندسي مستقل يراقب ويشرف لكن المقاول يصرف النسبة بطريقة غير مباشرة حللوه بكيفكم المستندات وفق الشروط ولوائح العقد والخافي اعظم لايستطيع اي محقق ان يصل للمخالفة لان الامور مسددة حسب النظام.
المباحث الادارية هنا يبقى دورها للمراقبة وايقاع الجرم بدقة وحرفنه .
غير ذلك تطلبوا الله كل شي مسدد .
ضايعة الطاسة من كل الجوانب القوي يلتهم الادني والله المستعان .
لكن فضحهم بالاعلام افضل طريقة للدعاء عليهم

هذا ديدن البلديات في بلادنا تهمل القرى وأهلها وليس لهم أي حق عندهم فمن المفروض أن توصل الخدمات للقرى بدل التهجير القسري لأهالي القرى إذا كانت بلادنا تعاني من مشاكل السكن والأراضي السكنيه فأنا أوجه صوتي الغيور عن كل حفنة في بلادي إذا كان هذا فعل من وكل إليه أمرنا
