يدرك المواطن مدى الدعم الهائل لقطاع وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية كل مامن شأنه توفر سبل الراحة لمن ضاقت بهم ظروف الحياة إلا أن الوزارة ومع الدعم اللامحدود لازالت دون مستوى تطلعات أصحاب الظروف الخاصة ومخصصاتها للمستفيدين من برامج الضمان الاجتماعي لاتفي بمتطلبات الخاضع لمعايير الصرف .
في المدينة المنورة حالة إنسانية تتطلب تدخل الوزارة والجمعيات الخيرية والموسرين امرأة تعيش تحت خط الفقر .. مأواها منزل شعبي مستأجر متهالك وآيل للسقوط تعيش في العقد الرابع من عمرها ( مطلقة) تعول أثنين من أبنائها بمخصص شهري من الضمان الاجتماعي بـ 800ريال لايكفي بسد رمق عيشها وسداد فواتير كهرباء منزلها وإيجار شهري 700 ريال .
تعيش ع .ي منذ فترة تحت وطأة الشمس الحارقة ولهيب الحر وفي الشتاء ومع هطول الأمطار تنهمر المياة وتنسكب المياه من أسقف غرف المنزل وخوفهم من إنهيار المنزل الآيل للسقوط.
هذه المرأة تمر بظروف معيشية صعبة وتقبع داخل منزل غير صالح للسكن ، ليس لها عائل ولا دخل سواء الضمان الاجتماعي الذي لايكفي قدر الحاجة مع إجارالمنزل.
عدسة ” [COLOR=#FC1903]أضواء الوطن[/COLOR] ” في المدينة المنورة بحي العاقول أنتقلت لموقع سكن المواطنة ونقلت للمسؤول والقارئ حالتها وواقع مصيرها ونظراتها الحزينة لنا واندرجها ضمن ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة لوجود إعاقة باليد والوجه ولاتإخذ على ذلك اعانة لتلك الإعاقة والله لم يسرنا حالها وقد أعتصرت قلوبنا ألما لوضعها ومنظر منزلها ونحن في بلاد أعزها الله من أغنى دول العالم وحال النساء المطلقات هنا يثير الخوف لاسيما أن المستور أمّر وأقسى وقد يلجؤون للعشش والصنادق دون مأوى ومسكن ودور الوزارة غائب تماماً عن تلك الفئات والحالات النادرة .
المواطنة طالبت الوزارة بالنظر في وضعها وتأمين منزلاً يكون ملكاً لها وترميم منزلها المستأجر حالياً وزيادة مخصصها من الضمان الاجتماعي ودعمها في مساعدة مقطوعة وتسجيلها ضمن المستفيدين من الجمعيات الخيرية وذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة ومد يد العون لها من قبل محبي الخير لمشاركة المجتمع حياتهم وافراحهم وأمنهم المعيشي .
