ثّمن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز رئيس الهيئة العامة للسياحة والآثار جهود المبتعث في جامعة توليدو الامريكية الأستاذ/ أحمد بن ممدوح الخياري الرشيدي في تنظيم معرض الهيئة العامة للسياحة والآثار ” روائع آثار المملكة عبر العصور” المقام في متحف كارنيجي في بيتبيرغ في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية .
جاء ذلك في خطاب شكر تقديرا من سموه وفيما يلي نص الخطاب :

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
نشكر لكم ما عبرتم عنه من مشاعر طيبة تجاه تنظيم الهيئة العامة للسياحة والآثار معرض “روائع آثار المملكة عبر العصور” في متحف كارنيجي في بيتسبيرغ، ومقدرين لكم ما أبديتموه من استعداد للتعاون مع الهيئة في الترتيب لهذا المعرض، وما تقومون به من جهود في إبراز المواقع الاثرية والسياحية،
ونأمل أن تتاح لكم الفرصة لزيارة معرض المملكة والاطلاع على الآثار الوطنية المتميزة، متمنين لكم دوام التوفيق والنجاح في مسيرتكم العلمية لخدمة هذا الوطن العزيز علينا جميعا.

يذكر أن الاستاذ/ أحمد الرشيدي أحد أبناء منطقة حائل وبرز في أدوار عدة في تنشيط السياحة بالمنطقة وذلك عبر برامج متعددة لترويج السياحة بشعار (معاً .. سياحة حائلية إلكترونية )بالإضافة لإقامة معارض متنوعة أبرزها معرض آثار الشويمس .
