تعرض قبل قليل الوفد المشارك في المؤتمر السادس للسياحة والآثار بمنطقة تبوك لحادث مروري جراء ارتطام حافلة الوفد بسيارة أخرى وذلك مقابل المركز الحضاري بمدينة تبوك ولم ينتج عن الحادث إي اضرار سواء إصابات طفيفة .
وقد باشر الحادث الجهات الأمنية وأتخذت الإجراءات اللازمة ولازالت التحريات جارية عن مسببات الحادث لاسيما أن الميكروباص ينقل شخصيات هامة .
