تذمر شباب مركز الرقب جنوبي حائل 260كم من إهمال ملعب كرة القدم والذي نفذ منذ عام من قبل بلدية مدينة الحليفة دون استكمال لمراحله النهائية من حيث الأرصفة والإنارة والنظافة .
فرحة شباب البلدة لم تكتمل بالرغم من جاهزة الملعب إلا أن الإنارة حالت دون إقامة الدورة الرمضانية الشهر الماضي بعد أن علقوا آمالهم في تحقيق حلهم وتخفيف عبء مخاطر الطريق للذهاب إلى الملاعب المهيأة للدورات الرمضانية .
من جهتهم طالب شباب البلدة بلدية ومجلس بلدي الحليفة بسرعة تجهيز الملعب واستكمال المشروع للخدمة العامة .

ملعب الرقب تم إنشاءة منذ عام والى الان لم يجهز .. وبعض القرى لا يستغرق سوى اشهر .. وهم بنفس المرجع وهي بلدية الحليفه .. المحسوبية والفساد هو السائد عندهم .!
