انطلاقا من توجيهات قيادتنا الرشيدة بتذليل كل الصعاب والمعوقات التي تواجه أبناء الوطن وإيجاد الحلول الكفيلة بتوفير سبل الراحة للمواطن وجه سعادة محافظ حفر الباطن الأستاذ/ عبدالمحسن العطيشان بلدية المحافظة بخفض أسعار حاويات مخلفات البناء من 2000ريال إلى 350 ريالا أسوة بالأسعار المعمول فيها في الأمانات والبلديات الأخرى .
جاء ذلك بعد شكوى تقدم فيها أعيان وأبناء محافظة حفر الباطن ضد شركة وهج متعهد تأمين الحاويات وفق عقود مبرمة مع البلدية .
وكانت ساحات بلدية محافظة حفر الباطن قد شهدت قبل شهرين تجمعا واحتجاجا عارما غضبا صاخبا مثيرا قلق الأهالي بعد إجبار المواطنين الذين يريدون إنشاء مأوى لهم ولأفراد أسرهم من ضرورة إيجاد حاوية مخلفات بناء من قبل شركة وحيدة بمبلغ 2000 ريال وهذا شرط لاستخراج رخصة البناء. مطالبين رئيس البلدية بخفض أسعار حاويات النفايات المبالغ في أسعارها مقارنتا بالبلديات في جميع المناطق برسوم تقدر بـ 2000ريال بالرغم من أن السعر الحقيقي للحاوية لايتجاوز ثلاثمائة ريال ولم يجدوا تجاوبا معرجا على تعاميم صادرة من مقام الوزارة يشوبها الغموض في التطبيق على ملكية العقار ونوع المالك لاسيما أن التعاميم المستند إليها تعنى بعقار الشركات والمرافق الحكومية والدور الاستثمارية والمواطن مطالب بتعهد خطي عند صدور ترخيص البناء بإزالة الأنقاض ومخلفات البناء على حسابة الخاص وغير ملزم بالاحتكار على شركة وحيدة .
الأمر الذي دعاهم للتجمهر وتدخل الجهات الأمنية وقيام سعادة المحافظ بتبني شكواهم وفق ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة .

شكرا للمحافظ والف شكر عاداتك الوقوف مع المواطن وحكومتنا دائما مع المواطن ورئيس البلدية لايولي المواطن اهتمام ونسمع كما يقال ان الشركة الاحتكارية تبعه بطريقة أو بأخرى .
يجب ان تتدخل نزاهة وين دورها وين الرقابة عن هؤلاء الجشعين الي دائما ضد المواطن ومعقدين الانظمة من رؤسهم

محافظ الحفر رجل كفؤ مخلص بعمله البلدية خدماتها مهملة وتسعى إلى التضييق على المواطنين
يأخي مخلفات البناء احنا نرميها في المواقع المخصص واذا شرد واحد يستدعى من الشرطة ويلزم حسب النظام
ماهو لازم ادفع 2000ريال مفروض البلدية هي الي تدفع
