تفاجئن خريجات منطقة تبوك بعدم توفر احتياج بمدارس المنطقة بحسب تصنيف “جدارة3” بالرغم من تزايد العجز في معظم التخصصات وبحسب إحدى الخريجات (ع . ح ) قالت : بعد سنوات من الكفاح والغربة تخللها العديد من المشاق والعقبات أتممت دراستي الجامعية وكانت فرحتي بتخرج لاتوصف كبداية لتحقيق أحلامي التي طالما رسمتها وجاهدت نفسي في تحقيقها وما أن تخرجت حتى تبخرت تلك الأحلام الواحد تلو الآخر .
وأضافت قائله : كانت أول تلك العقبات التي واجهتني أنا والكثير من الخريجات نظام قياس ؟؟فما الهدف من هذا النظام المتعسف بحقنا سوى جني الأموال من كل اختبار !! بعد.. كفاح سنوات يذهب أدراج الرياح بسبب هذا النظام !والعقبة الأخرى نظام جداره وتوزيع الاحتياج من خلا له
وتابعت قائلة : تخرجت عام 1430هـ بتخصص جغرافيا وخمس سنوات وأنا على أمل بالوظيفة بعد الله سبحانه وتعالى فليس لدي واسطة في إدارة تبوك حتى انتظر الحلم المنتظر “التعيين” أسوة بزميلاتي بالرغم من اجتيازي اختبار قياس وبدخولي نظام جدارة3 كانت الصدمة كبيرة بعدم وجود احتياج في إدارة تبوك لتخصصي وبحجم منطقة كاملة احتياجها للتخصص (صفر).
علما بأن معظم المدارس في المنطقة ومحافظاتها عليها عجز وهذا الإجراء العشوائي يلحق الضرر على الطالبات ويهمش مستقبل الخريجات .
وطالبن خريجات تبوك وزارتي التربية والتعليم والخدمة المدنية بوضع آلية علمية وتحديث البيانات والإحصاءات ومراعاة الله سبحانه في توزيع الاحتياج وإعلان الاحتياج الفعلي وتحقيق العدل والمساواة بين خريجات المناطق بما يضمن توفير الأمن الوظيفي للجميع .

حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل على من يحجب الاحتياج وإسناده الى من هن على رأس العمل لايحملن مؤهل مطالبنا توظيف فوري وبالأقدميه وإسقاط جميع شروط الخدمه المدنيه نناشد خادم الحرمين بأمر ملكي لجميع الخريجات الجامعيات القديمات بلا شروط ولا قيود. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل على من ظلمنا وقهرنا وكان سببا في تأخيرنا عن التوظيف خريجه 10سنوات بكالوريوس تربوي تاريخ ودبلوم عالى بعد الجامعه تخصص مصادر التعلم (وتم إسناد احتياج تخصص مصادر التعلم الى من هن على رأس العمل لايحملن المؤهل وتم تهميش خريجات التخصص )ودبلوم برمجه حاسب آلي سنتان ودوره معارف وأداره مدرسيه وعندي شهاده خبره معيده في الجامعه وشهاده معلمه حاسب آلي وشهاده مدربه في برنامج تهيئه طالبي العمل للعمل في القطاع الخاص (صندوق تنميه الموارد البشريه وطرقت جميع الأبواب للحصول على وظيفه لاكن بدون جدوى نطالب بمحاسبه من تسبب في تعطيلنا وتكديس الخريجات. للمظلوم ربٌ سوف يُنصفه، وللظالم ضميرٌ ربما يستيقظ في يوم ليعذِّبه ..” تعليم تبوك يسند احتياج تخصص مصادر التعلم وإسناده الى من هن على رأس العمل لايحملن مؤهل على الرغم من وجود خريجات التخصص بإمتياز وجيد جداً مع مرتبه الشرف

ما اقول غير الحمد لله على كل حال وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
تخرجت عام 1424 تخصص لغه عربيه وكنت انتظر التعيين بفارق الصبر وكل عام أمني نفسي وأرتقب العام القادم … اشترطو القياس والحمد لله عديناه بنجاح فقلت في نفسي السنه هذي باذن الله …. وما ان صدر الامر بالتقديم تفجأت بعدم وجود احتياج في منطقة تبوك ولا في منطقة المدينه ما عدا منطقة نجران وجيزان وبعدد ليس بقليل وانا في محافظة املج وحسب معرفتي ببعض المعلمات هناك احتياج غير قليل في بعض المدارس السؤال ( ماهو السبب في عدم طرح الاحتياج في المنطقه هل لعدم زحزحة الكرسي ام ماذا وهل يعقل بان منطقة جازان ونجران اكبر بالمساحة من منطقة تبوك ام ان هناك رجال ونساء يهمهم امر بناتهم في التعيين وهنا العكس تماماً ) نتمنا من مسؤلي التعليم بالمنطقه إيضاح الامر والا سنعرف اي باب تطرق فقد طفح الكيل فأنا قد مضا على تخرجي احدى عشر عاما وقد اجتزت قياس فهدا الضلم بعينه هذا الضلم بعينه اتقو الله فينا اتقو الله

ما نعانيه في منطقة اخر من يعلم ويعمل قصدي تبوك اكثر المعلمات تنتدب لأكثر من مدرسه وتضغط الحصص للمواد خاصة الرياضيات والانجليزي وتم إيقاف مادة التفصيل لأكثر من عشر سنوات الى الآن وقد يصل نصاب المعلمات لأكثر من اربعين حصه بهد الضغط للحصص والفصول خاصه في القرى وعند رفض المعلمة يتكاثروا عليها ويستخدموا سلطاتهم للضغط عليها فالهدف سد العجز وليس مصلحة الطالب حتى وان لم يتوافق والتخصص فالمهم مادة توأدى باي طريقة

يقولون مافيه احتياج. لي التخصصات العلميه في تبوك ومحافظه املج فيها من النقص وفيها من عجز من المعلمات لكن لايوجد من يرفع الموضوع الى من يهمه الامر دأئمأ اتعجب ليش ..مافيه احتياج للمعلمات جميع التخصصات في املج بذات لماذأ والمعلمه في كل مدرسه على التخصص معلمتان فقط لاغير يعني مثلا رياضيات معلمتان في المدرسه كلها والاحياء معلمتان للمدرسه كلها ليش ..واذأ صار ظرف للمعلمه تسد زميﻷتهأ عنها ليش ترضى المعلمه ع نفسها كذأ المهم …ان محافظه املج تتحتاج معلمات وبكم هائل والخريجأت قاعدت في الييت …وبالذأت املج لايوجد معلمات احياء …ولا يوجد معلمات علوم …الامن من كانت على منصب معلمه من سنوات قدينه …اعتذر عن الاخطأء الاملائية اذ وجد لاني لم اراجع ماكتبت

اولا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل على كل مسؤول بتبوك يفتقد الامانه في التوظيف ويشتغل بالواسطه ويوظف بس بنات جماعته فعلا ولو لاحظنا ان اغلب الوظايف في المدارس الخاصه المديرة وبنات جماعتها وبالقطاع العام كذلك المسؤول وجماعته وبعدين يعني الى متى الفساد بتبوك خاصه حتى مكتب التوجيه عند الحريم قمه الفساد وانا اعرف واسمع بس نقول حسبي الله عليهم
ثانيا انا خريجه عام 1429 تخصص احياء ومجتازه قياس والان لايوجد احتياج بتبوك الا وحده علوم وكل ووحده تخصصها احياء والا كيميا والا فيزياء تقدم عليها مع العلم ان فيه مدارس عندها احتياج هنا بداخل تبوك ليش ماطلع الاحتياج ليش الفساد ومين المسؤول عنه الله لايحللهم لا دنيا ولا اخرة يقطعون ارزاقنا واحنا محتاجين ياخي المعلمات الكبيرات بالسن قاعدوهم جددوا ألشباب لمتى المعلمة تكرف وتصير جده وهي متمسكة بالكرسي
ثالثا ياليت ملكنا عبدالله ينظر بحالنا ويكرمنا شوي بالوظايف اللي تلمنا مو معقول الشمال مع المدينه وجده والرياض مافي احتياج ويشوف فساد تبوك

انا خريجه قسم رياضيات وكل ماقدمت قالوا ماعندنا احتياج وماخليت مكان ماقدمت فيه حتى الجامعه اللي انا تخرجت منها وعارفا احتياج القسم لاعضاء هيئه تدريس يقولون مانحتاج صاروا الاجنبيات
يتحكمون ويتامرون علينا حرام عليكم حتى الماستر تعبنا وتخرجنا ويحطون معدل تعجيزي وقياس بالله وش فايدته يقال انكم فاهمين وش حاطين حرام عليكم اتقوا الله ارحموا الخريجات نتعب وندرس ونكرف
واخرتها بالبيت وتجيبون احنبيات يدرسون طالباتكم وبنات ديرتكم ولما نقدم على المدارس الخاصه يقولون نبي تقدير ممتاز وانا اعرف مدرسات قسما بالله ماتعرف تشرح وهي تخصص ادبي وحاطينها
تدرس رياضيات انا وانا طالبه عدلت خطأها حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل خلي عندكم رقابه قاعدوا المدرسات القديمات اعرف مدرسات مابها حيل تطلع الدرج درستني باول ابتدائي وهي تدرس من قبلي ولما اسألها

لان العجز يغطونه الناس اللي متوظفه الله لايشبعهم من الدنيا وحسبي الله فيهم هم والمكاتب اللي ماترفع الاحتياج وغصب مديره تصير وكيله ومدرسة وممكن مستخدمه اهم شي ماحد يتوظف جعلكم ماتشبعون والله حسيبكم وحسيب اللي تاخذ زيادة واللي مايخافون الله لاتعاقد فيه ولابديلات ولاتعين وين نروح نهاجر مثلا عشان اذا وظائف مافي الابالوراثة والفلوس ….. الله يحاسبكم انتم والتعليم العالي اللي ماغير يخرج وتكدسنا غصب من قلت التوفيق بين مخرجات التعليم العالي واخرتها قياس ليه قياس فوق البطاله تبون منا 200 الله لايرزقكم حسبي الله فيكم الله لايسامحكم ضاع عمرنا دراسه واخرتها بالبيت حسبي الله فيكم …..

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل لكل مسؤؤل ظالم انا متخرجه لي 10سنوات وخبره بالمدارس الخاصه خمس سنوات والحمد لله اجتزت قياس بنسبة جميله ولكن مالفائده في السابق كانوا يضعوا العذر للاقدميه والخبره وبعد ذلك اخترعوا طريقة ليضحكوا علينا فيها ويجنوا المال الكثير وهي خدعة قياس وبالبداية قالوا من يجتاز قياس سيتم تعينها بالمفاضلة القادمه ولكن كان كلام وطار بالهوا والان يقولوا تبوك وقراها والقرى التابعه للمنطقة لايوجد بها احتياج فاين العدل ؟؟فهل من العدل ان تندب المعلمة لاكثر من مدرسه والسبب العجز ام ان الوزاره عاجزه عن دفع الراتب

اناخريجة فيزياء عام 1425/1426والى الان ماجاني تعييين ومجتازه قياس ولله الحمد والشكر
وفي تبوك مو طالبين احتياج الا وحده هذا ظلم والظلم ظلمات يوم القيامه يعني اتمنى من وزارة التربيه والتعليم
النظر الى موضوعنا وانهم يعينوا الاقدميه ويقفلوا الاقسام المكتفيين منها الآن ما يتم الاحتياج اليها وتعيين دفعات

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم من سنة 1428 وانا متخرجة من قسم الاحياء بتقدير ممتاز مع مرتبة الشرف واجتزت قياس بدرجة 86 وعندي خبرات وشهادة دبلوم حاسب ودورات اخرى وماجاتني وظيفة حكومية الى الان ؟؟؟؟؟
لماذا مالسبب؟؟
اللهم اني اسألك ان اقتص امامك يوم القيامة من كل شخص له يد في تأخر توظيفي او منعي من الوظيفة او اخذ مكاني بالواسطة
