رفضت عائلة مكونة من 8 أفراد مغادرة ,منزلهم بعد أن باشرت لجنة إزالة التعديات بمحافظة الحائط جنوبي حائل إجراءات الإزالة , وذلك احتجاجاً على قرار اللجنة المجحف والذي صاحبه غموض وأيادي متسترة تحت مظلة النظام بدوافع شخصية بحسب قولهم .
وفي التفاصيل بحسب مالك العقار المواطن(سويد سعود العويمري) إن قرار لجنة إزالة التعديات على ملكي الواقع بقرية البوييضة التابعة لمركز المناخ آيل إلي بالشراء الشرعي ودارج على الملك بموجب الصك الشرعي الصادر من محكمة الحائط برقم 586 تاريخ 26/12/1413هـ بالإضافة إلى منزلي المجاور والذي تقرر إزالته أيضاً سبق وأن تقدمت بطلب إدخال الخدمة الكهربائية للمنزل 15/6/1423هـ أي قبل 11 عاماً وتم منحي التراخيص اللازمة بموافقة البلدية والمحافظة وبعد مضي 11 عاماً تقدم شخص يثير المشاكل بدعوى كيدية للبلدية مفيداً أن أملاكي محدثة وتم تقديم الوثائق للجهات المعنية وأحيلت القضية للمحكمة الشرعية ولازالت على طاولة القضاء , إلا أنني فوجئت أنا وأسرتي بوجود معدات الإزالة أمام منزلي يطالبونني في إخلاء منازلي لإزالتها وتم إفهام اللجنة إن منزلي بصك شرعي والآخر قديم يعود عمره الانشائي لأكثر من 40 عاماً ومدعوم بالخدمات من الجهات الخدمية .
وتابع قائلاً : أن بلدية الحائط تعلم أقدميه أملاكي إلا أن في أقسامها المختصة أشخاص يعاملوني بعدوانية وظلم وإجحاف وعند مقابلتي مراقب الأراضي أفاد أن التقرير المعد عنه لايعلم عنه شيئاً وأن توقيعه مزوراً ولم يقدم أي تقرير بخصوص أملاكي .
وناشد العويمري صاحب السمو الملكي أمير منطقة حائل وسمو وزير الشئون البلدية والقروية ,برفع الظلم عنه وحماية أولادة وزوجته من الأنقاض بعد أن تقرر مبيتهم بجوار منزلهم لا مأوى ولا حماية , وتشكيل لجنة نظر ومختصين لمعاينة أملاكه وتحديد عمرها الإنشائي وإيقاف الإزالة حتى تنتهي القضية المنظورة شرعاً في محكمة الحائط .

يعني هذا اللي فالحة فية الاماانة
و البلديه وينها من اللي صار من اول
وينها الحين من الشوارع الغير نظامية
والمرافق الخايسة
حتى الاضاءة في القرائ التابعه لها كم شهر وتصير بلد ظلام
ولا تغير شي طبعا من ناحية الحفريات العشوائية
والمراقبين المرتشين
حتى النظافة صارت في القرئ التابعه للحائط لا تطاق
ليش لان ما فيها رشاوي ليش يراقب المراقب
والا يتعب نفسة
لكن التعديات فيها اللي ما يخطر على بال احد
اخيراً سكوت المواطنين على هذة المهزلة خاصة الشوارع والنظافة و الظلم
سبب مهم في تدهور اوضاع الحائط و القرئ التابعه لها
لكن لو الشكاوي يوميا والملاحظات توصل للمسئولين
كان نشوف بلد على قولتهم غير ..
وين التوجيهات الساميا التي يقضي بعدم إزالة المنازل التي تسكنها اسر

سبب ازالة بيوت هذا المسلم هي الرشوه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
اغلب اهل المحافظه يعرفون ان المراقبين يتعاملون بالرشوه
