منذ فجر اليوم السبت 25/12/1433هـ والموطن في محافظة الحائط يستيقض على صافرات انذار الاسعافات والدوريات الأمنية لمباشرة الحوادث جراء هطول الأمطار صباح اليوم وركود المياه وقلة قنوات تصريف المياه التي تسببت في أكثر من حادث مروري في عددا من الشوارع الرئيسية بالحائط .
وباشر المرور والجهات الاسعافية حادثين منفصلين واتخذت الإجراءات الازمة وتم نقل المصابين للمركز الصحي لتلقي العلاج .
صحيفة “أضواء الوطن ” تواجدت بالمواقع المتضررة والتقت عدداً من المواطنين الذين أكدوا أن تزايد الحوادث ناتج عن سوء تخطيط هندسي وبط ء في تنفيذ المشاريع وأهمال من قبل الجهات الإشرافية .
المواطن عريف بن عارف الرشيدي قال : يؤلمني أكثر من فرحتي بهطول الأمطار الأهمال الواضح الذي ترتكبة بلدية الحائط فمنذ زمن طويل اهملت الشوارع ونفذت بتخطيط اجتهادي دون وجود مهندس بالبلدية يشرف إشرافا هندسيا تنفيذ المشاريع وتحديد منسوب المياه وكل المشاريع نفذت دون إشراف مختص .
وقال : قرأنا بالصحف أنه تم اعتماد مشاريع درء أخطار السيول بالحائط على مدى السنوات الماضية بما يقارب 14مليون ريال للمحافظة وحدها وهذا المبلغ الهائل كفيل بمعالجة تصريف مياه الامطار ولكن للاسف أنكشف المستور وتبين للمواطن زيف تلك المشاريع .
وإضاف الرشيدي قائلاً: أنني كمواطن لااجد حرجا أن ادلي برأيي ومعاناتي وكل مواطن غيور على بلدة من حقه أن يتسائل عن المشاريع التي اعتمدت إلى أن ذهبت وفي أي موقع نفذت ، مشيرا إلى أن تقديم الخدمات تهدف لسلامة وراحة المواطن لا ازاهقه وتيتم اسرته بسبب خطأ إداري في التنفيذ والإشراف .
اما المواطن عبدالعزيز الشمري فقال : أن المواطن يؤلمه ما يحدث في هذه المحافظة العزيزة على قلوبنا وطالبا البلدية والجهات المعنية بالتجاوب السريع في إعادة هيكلة الشوارع والاستعانة بمكاتب هندسية استشارية للدراسة والاشراف للمصلحة العامة .
وقال المواطن سعود الحايطي أن مشاريع السيول بالحائط أصبحت حبر على ورق وكلها زيف وتهريج والبلدية لازالت تتراجع في خدماتها ونطالب الامانة بحائل الخروج على مواقع أخطار السيول والتأكد منها والتي اصبحت محل الاتهام والشك .
وطالب المواطن عبدالله الحايطي المجلس البلدي بالوفاء بوعدة ودراسة الاضرار ومناقشة البلدية عن جميع مشاريع الحائط التي اعلنت عنها بوقت سابق ومحاربة الفساد والقضاء على هذه الظاهرة مع صحوة الناس سوف يتم محاسبتهم والتقدم للجهات الخاصة بالوزارة والامارة .

الله اكبر بلدية من 10 سنوات مافيها مهندس واللي يشرف وينفذ نفس المقاول .
يا عباد الله اشهدكم ونفسي بتقوى الله أن المشرف هو المنفذ للمشروع ولكن من تحت الستار ورئيس البلدية يعلم والمواطن يعلم والاوراق الاجرائية تعمل حسب النظام والواقع غير .
بلدية الحائط متوارثة من اشخاص سواء بالاراضي او الفنية والمقاول شقيق لهؤلاء هذا حق والحق يظهر لو بعد حين .
أين المباحث الادارية
أين المسؤولين بالامانة
أين نزاهة
راقبوا الله وشكلو بلدية الحائط من عاليها لأسفلها تطهر انفسكم وتسعد راحتكم والله المستعان

الحقيقة مرة ورئيس البلدية رجل طيب لكن مغلوب على امره ولديه ضعف بقوة القرار وإلا شكل البلدية كلها وعين مهتدس مختص ولكن يهتم بموظفيه ويترك خدمة المواطن

والله غريبه انا اشوف ان ابو نايف عملي وممتاز ودائما يقف مع المواطن والمشاكل من الصعب حلها بسهولة وهو صاحب خبرة وباع طويل والاستاذ/ فواز رجل عملي ايضا وكلهم مسئولين خدمو بكل جهد واتقان .
يا اخواني الهجوم على شان حادث وقع مقسوم ومقدر ويجب تصفية النية حتى لو حدث خطاء هندسي ما يعمم الخطاء على الجميع .
انا اشوف ان الخدمات عالية والجهود مبذولة وتقوا الله بالقلوب .

مشاريع اخطار السيول تعمل الآن والمقاول هو السبب وليس البلدية اللي حط الحفر وسكر الشوارع ورئيس البلدية لايقدر يخلي المقاول ينفذ بسرعة المقاول معه عقد من الوزارة ولا يفكر في احد

الحمدالله اخيراً تحررت الصحف في محافظة الحائط
ولاادري من كان خلف هذا الخمول من سنوات
لكن نرجع للموضوع الاساسي وهو الفساد وغياب المشاريع في محافظتنا
فكما تعلمون نجد كثير من الحفر في الشوارع وبشكل مخجل خصوصاً عند مدخل الحائط وهذا ليس مشكلة المقاول كما ذكر بدر في رده وهو يحاول ابعاد الشبهه عن البلديه ووضع اللوم على المقاول المقاول يوقع العقد مع الامانه وليس الوزاره حسب ماجاء في كلامه ولكن من يعقب على المقال هي البلديه ولو تلاحظ كثرة المستثمرين في الاونه الاخيره وبروز شركات في المحافظه كما حصل قبل سنوات من شركة مقرها الاساسي منطقة القصيم ومهمتها كانت تزيين المحافظه اين ذهب ذلك التزيين نطالب المسئولين بالنظر للمحافظة كونها يصرف لها ميزانيه مثل بقية المحافظات
وتتبع المشاريع بكل صدق
