على مدى خمسة أيام وأهالي قريتي الخفج والبحرة في أهبة ترقب وانتظار للجهات المختصة الحاضرة شكليا والغائبة ميدانيا عن طريق القريتين الذي جرفته الأمطار وأصبح خطراً يهدد أرواح الأبرياء .
هذا الطريق الحيوي الهام الذي يربط أكثر من ثمان قرى على مساره بطول 14كم نفذ بطريقة عشوائية بعيدا عن الرقابة الميدانية والهندسية باعتبار إحداثيات الطريق غير متوافقة مع طبيعة جغرافية مسار الطريق من حيث منسوب سماكة طبقة الإسفلت وعمليات القص والردم والأس ون وتصريف مياه الأمطار على المنعطفات والمواقع الهابطة بالإضافة إلى افتقاره للافتات الإرشادية وبات يحصد أرواح الأبرياء ويكشف ضعف الرقابة والإشراف على المشاريع الحيوية من قبل أمانة منطقة حائل والبلديات المشرفة على تنفيذ المشاريع ناهيك عن غياب المكاتب الاستشارية التي أبرمت عقودها الوهمية للإشراف وفق عقود بنود تنفيذ المشاريع بالمنطقة مما يثير الشك من تصاعد الفساد الإداري على حساب أمن وحياة المواطن .
من جهته طالب عددا من الأهالي أمانة المنطقة بالشخوص ميدانيا للطريق الذي نفذ من قبل بلدية الحائط وأصبح الآن ضمن خدمات بلدية أنبوان والعمل بشكل عاجل لمواجهة كارثة الطريق وبحدود الجهود الذاتية للبلدية لردم تشققات الطريق وإعادة طبقته وإدراج الطريق ضمن مشاريع درء أخطار السيول وتحديد قنوات تصريف المياه حفاظا على سلامة وحياة المسافرين .
