لقي شخصين مصرعهم بعد ظهر اليوم الخميس بحادث مروري على طريق الجبيل الصناعية نتيجة إنقلاب المركبة من نوع جيب لاند كروزر بسبب إنشطار عجلة المركبة الأمامية مما أفقد قائدها السيطرة وإنقلابها عدة مرات وأفاد رجل المرور الذي تواجد بالموقع لصحيفة أضواء الوطن بأنه كان قريب من الحادث لحظة وقوعه وأن المركبة كانت تسير بسرعة عالية جداً .
وقد باشر الحادث اسعاف الهيئة الملكية ومرور الجبيل ونقل المتوفين لثلاجة الموتى بالجبيل الصناعية .
