حائل ــ عارف السويدي
كرمت إدارة سجون منطقة حائل ممثله بمديرها اللواء عبدالرحمن الحازمي الأستاذ فهيد بن رجاء السويدي نظير جهوده في إقامة البرامج الترفيهية لسجناء حائل العام بإشراف من لجنة التنميه الأهلية وبرعاية لجنة رعاية السجناء تراحم .
