تسبب حادث سير في مدينة الرياض قبل عام في تعطيل مصالح رجل أمن وإيقاف رواتبه ومستحقاته عاماً كاملاً ,بالإضافة إلى فقدان هويته الوطنية أثناء الحادث وعدم قدرته على الحصول على هوية بدل فاقد بسبب إيقاف خدماته من محكمة التنفيذ وحرمانه من المكرمة الملكية وهو مازال على رأس العمل .
وفي التفاصيل التي حصلت عليها[color=#ff0600] “أضواء الوطن”[/color] أن الجندي أول بندر بن فريح العويمري الرشيدي الذي يعمل في الدوريات الأمنية بمدينة الرياض تعرض لحادث اصطدام بسبب تجاوزه للإشارة الحمراء لظروف قاهرة بسيارة الأمن مما نتج عنه اصطدامه بسيارة أحد المواطنين ما أدّى إلى حدوث تلفيات بسيارة المواطن وصدر حكماً شرعي يقضي بإلزامه بدفع تعويضات لمالك السيارة تقدر بمبلغ 285.000 ريال وصدق الحكم بقبول الطرفين لما انتهى إليه الحكم إلا أن ظروف رجل الأمن المادية حالت دون الالتزام بدفع المبلغ لعدم قدرته على سداد المبلغ ما أدّى إلى إيقاف رواتبه عاماً كاملاً , وكذلك إيقاف مصالحة الشخصية وعدم تمكنه من استلام المكرمة الملكية ,لعدم وجود هوية وطنية تمكنه من الاقتراض من البنوك وسداد المبالغ المستحقة عليه بسبب إيقاف خدماته من محكمة التنفيذ .
وناشد الجندي الرشيدي عبر مقطع صوتي خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود وسمو ولي عهده الأمين نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية ,بالنظر في حل معاناته والأمر بصرف برواتبه عاماً كاملاً مؤكداً أنه لازال على رأس العمل بلا راتب ولاهوية وطنية وجميع خدماته موقوفة .
