في بادرة رائعة ولفتة إنسانية واجتماعية كريمة ، قام منسوبو مدرسة / دومة الجندل الابتدائية بقرية الدوداء التابعة لمحافظة وادي الفرع بالمدينة المنورة بتكريم حارس المدرسة بهدية عينية قيمة وهي عبارة عن سيارة هوانداي اكسنت موديل 2015 م ، وذلك بمناسبة تقاعده عن العمل بعد مسيرة طويلة حافلة بالعمل والعطاء والإخلاص استمرت لـ ( 26 ) عاماً منذ تأسيس المدرسة ، والتي لم يسجل عليه طيلة هذه الفترة الزمنية الطويلة أي ملاحظة أو مخالفة وظيفية او غياب أو تأخر ، نال حب واحترام كل من مر على هذه المدرسة من معلمين وطلاب وأولياء أمور .
من جهته أوضح مدير المدرسة القائد التربوي الأستاذ / طالع بن شديد الصاعدي بأن هذا التكريم هو شيء قليل لهذا الرجل والذي أفنى زهرة شبابه في خدمة التعليم بهذه المدرسة والتي كانت انطلاقة حياته العملية منها ، وأضاف الصاعدي بأن العم / ظاهر بن صالح الصاعدي كان لنا في هذه المدرسة الأب الحنون والأخ الرؤوف ، فقد كان لسانه دائماً يلهج بالدعاء لنا وللطلاب بالتوفيق ودائماً ما تراه مبتسماً بشوشاً مع كل من يدخل إلى المدرسة لم يتذمر من شيء قط ولم يرفض أي عمل يكلف به كان حنوناً عطوفاً مع أبنائه الطلاب رغم ما يسببونه له أحياناً من إزعاج ، فجزاه الله عنا وعن كل أبناء هذه القرية خير الجزاء .
كما ثمن مدير مكتب التعليم بمحافظة وادي الفرع الأستاذ/ حامد بن عليثة العمري هذه البادرة وهذا العمل الجليل من منسوبي هذه المدرسة العريقة وهو ليس بمستغرب من أبناء مجتمعنا المسلم مجتمع القيم الإنسانية والحضارية قيم الوفاء والعرفان والتكافل والتراحم ، اسأل المولى تعالى أن يجعل ما قدموه في موازين حسناتهم وصحائف أعمالهم.
