لقي شاب قبل قليل مصرعه بحادث إصطدام في إبل سائبة على طريق الرقب – حائل فيما أصيب شخص آخر بإصابة بليغة نقل على لإثرها بواسطة الهلال الأحمر إلى مستشفى الحائط العام .
باشر الحادث مخفر شرطة الرقب والهلال الأحمر وتم نقل جثة المتوفى لثلاجة الموتى بالحائط واتخذت الإجراءات اللازمة.

محاسبت صاحب الابل السائبه كونه تسببت في ازهاق اروح الابرياء بسبب اهماله لها مهما كان المبرر الذي يريد ان يقوله النظام يكفل حق جميع المتظررين من ذالك وعليه رفع شكو للجهات المختصه مثل الشرطة وعليه ان يتحمل نتيجة اهماله

اولا يجب معاقبة اهل البل السايبه والمهمله من قبل ذويه
ثانيا يجب تغرييمهم واخذ تعهد عليهم
ثالثا يجب تكثيف دوريات أمن الطرق
رابعاً حل مشكلة الابل السايبه التي اهلكت ارواح الناس
