ناشد المواطن مخلد جريبيع الشويلعي خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز – حفظه الله – وسمو ولي عهده نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية حفظه الله
بضرورة النظر بعين الشفقة والرحمة في معاناة شقيقه (لافي) البالغ من العمر 58 عاما والمتمثلة في حرمانه من العديد من حقوقه التي كفلتها له الدولة ومن أهمها العلاج في المستشفيات الحكومة وذلك بسبب المرض الذي أقعده سنوات طويلة عن مراجعة الأحوال المدنية واستخراج بطاقة الهوية الخاصة والتي من خلالها يستطيع الاستفادة من كل الحقوق التي كفلتها له الدولة .

وتعود تفاصيل تلك المعاناة كما يرويها المواطن مخلد لـ”[COLOR=#ff0300]أضواء الوطن[/COLOR]” أنها بدأت مع شقيقه وعمره 14 حيث تعرض لمرض الأعصاب وكان يستخدم العلاج الشعبي وتدهورت صحته مما سببت له إعاقة كلية أجبرته على عدم مراجعة الدوائر الحكومية لاستخراج بطاقة الهوية الخاصة به وظل أكثر من 48 عاماً يستخدم العلاج الشعبي .
وأضاف أنه بعدما تم شفاؤه واستطاع المشي البسيط والتحرك القليل قبل 10 أعوام تم التوجه إلى الأحوال المدنية بحائل لاستخراج بطاقة الهوية برفقة شقيقه مخلد حيث طلب منه إحضار كل ما يثبت صحة كلامه وبالفعل تم إحضار خطاب من مركز فيضة أثقب وكذلك معرف القبيلة الذي ينتمي لها وتم إرسال خطاب من قبل الأحوال المدنية إلى قسم الأدلة الجنائية والجوازات بحائل وكذلك الفحوصات الطبية للتأكد من صحة كلامه وكانت متطابقة بنسبة 100% .
وبعد أن توفي والده رحمه الله تم إحضار إثبات حصر الورثة للعائلة من محكمة الحائط ومن ضمنها اسم المذكور بشهادة الشهود , وتم الرفع لوزارة الداخلية بطلب التوجيه حيال طلب المذكور من قبل أحوال حائل وبعد مراجعة الأحوال تم إفادة المذكور بوجود عدد 2 من أسماء نساء في سجل والده وطلب منة إثبات تلك الأسماء والذي بدوره تم إفادتهم بأنها أسماء وهمية يستخدمها أهل البادية من أجل كسب الضمان الاجتماعي بسبب الجهل وكذلك المعيشة الصعبة التي يتعرضون لها , ويوجد الكثير بسجلات الأحوال أسماء وهمية بسبب عدم وجود جهاز حاسب آلى يرصد الأسماء الوهمية آنذاك, ثم طلب منه إحضار خطاب من أقرب محكمة تثبت صحة كلامه بانتمائه للعائلة المذكورة ليتم صرف البطاقة و تم التوجة لمحكمة الحائط والتي بدورها طلبت منه إحضار خطاب موجه لها من قبل الأحوال المدنية من أجل دراسته واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لذلك .

وبعد الرجوع للأحوال المدنية وإفادتهم بتوجيهات المحكمة تم الرفض بإرسال خطاب من قبل الأحوال والذي جعله في حيرة بين المحكمة والأحوال المدنية .
وفي ختام حديثه ناشد الشويلعي الأب الحنون على جميع السعوديين خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده الأمين وزير الداخلية بضرورة النظر في هذه المعاناة التي يعيشها شقيقه والعمل على رفعها حتى يستطيع استكمال العلاج في المستشفيات الحكومية التي استبعد منها وحرم من الحصول على الخدمات التي تقدم فيها للمواطنين.
