برعاية من مدير مكتب التعليم بالحناكية الأستاذ موسى عوض المخلفي وبحضور رئيس قسم الرياضيات بالإدارة العامة للتعليم بالمدينة المنورة الدكتور حامد عايض المغذوي ورئيس الشؤون المدرسية بالمكتب الأستاذ محمد معلا الحربي ومشرفي التعليم بمكتب الحناكية ومشرفي الرياضيات بمنطقة المدينة تم تدشين مبادرة المشرف التربوي حمدي دخيل العياضي والتي تستهدف تخصيص يوم للرياضيات في التعليم وقد افتتح المعرض المصاحب لتطبيق المبادرة وبعض الفعاليات التي نفذها معلموا الرياضيات والطلاب في ثانوية عتبة بن مسعود بالحناكية .
وقد كان في استقبال ضيوف المبادرة مدير ثانوية عتبة بن مسعود بالحناكية الأستاذ عبيد العياضي ووكيل المدرسة ومعلميها .
