عبر العديد من موظفي هيئة الطيران المدني والذين يعملون في العديد من مطارات المملكة والبالغ عددهم 350 موظفاً عن تذمرهم وانزعاجهم الشديد من مماطلة الهيئة لهم في طلباتهم المقدمة إليها والتي يطالبون من خلالها بتحسين أوضاعهم وزيادة رواتبهم نظير ما يقومون به من أعمال شاقة وخطيرة في نفس الوقت .
أحد هؤلاء الموظفين ، تحتفظ “أضواءالوطن” باسمه ، تحدث إلينا قائلاً بأنهم تلقوا وعوداً من الهيئة التي يعملون بها بتحسين أوضاعهم وزيادة رواتبهم القليلة التي لا تفي باحتياجاتهم الضرورية فضلاً عن متطلبات منازلهم وأولادهم حيث جاءت هذه الوعود بعد العديد من المطالبات نتيجة الخطورة التي تحوم حولهم في أثناء عملهم حيث أن البعض منهم يعمل سائق عربة إطفاء و رجل إطفاء ومشغل أجهزة إنذار وسائق عربة إسعاف ، إلا أن تلك الوعود لم يتحقق منها شيء حتى الآن .
وأضاف بأنهم حاولوا مراراً وتكراراً الوصول إلى معالي رئيس الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني الأستاذ سلمان بن عبدالله الحمدان ومقابلته وعرض مشاكلهم أمامه عسى أن يجدوا حلاً لها إلا أنهم لم يستطيعوا ذلك إما لتواجده في مكان آخر وإما لتعنت الموظفين وعدم السماح لهم بمقابلته مؤكداً أنهم ذهبوا إلى مقر الهيئة بجدة أكثر من مرة إلا أنهم لم يسمح لهم بمقابلة الحميدان لأسباب مختلفة في كل مره حتى مع العلم أنهم قاموا بتقديم العديد من البرقيات التي يطالبون فيها بتحديد موعد لهم لمقابلته إلا أنهم لم يتمكنوا من لقائه .
وفي الختام طالب هذا الموظف أصالة ًعن نفسه ونيابةً. عن زملائه خادم الحرمين الشريفين ورئيس الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني بضرورة النظر في شكواهم والعمل على رفع المعاناة عنهم والأمر بزيادة رواتبهم حيث ان متطلبات الحياة قد كثرت وتزايدت وما يتقاضونه من رواتب لا تفي بالضروريات التي لا يستطيع أي مواطن في المملكة الاستغناء عنها .

السوال ما الهدف من الشركه المقاوله لماذا لانكن كلنا رسميين اذا لم نكن اكفاء فلماذا تأتمنونا على المطارات؟ الجواب واضح هذي الشركه لها مصالح ماديه لدى بعض من العصابات في الهيئه على سبيل لقمة عيشنا فوالله ليسألن عنها يوم الدين ولن نحللها لهم.

هل من العدل ان اعمل نفس عمل زميلي الرسمي بل بعدد ساعات اكثر وهو يحصل نهايه الشهر على راتب مجزي والمتعاقد يحصل على ٣٨٠٠ فقط متى يرفع عنا الظلم ونعيش حياه كريمه من غير ديون ؟؟

قرار وقف التثبيت ظالم وجاري توصيله لديوان الملكي للاسف شركة سفاري تتجاهل الراتبين اولا وتتجاهل قرار الحمدان والى الان مستمره رواتب ضعبفه جدا والعمل نفس عمل الرسمي تامين طبي ضعيف وادارة المطار تتجاهل طلباتنا واخيرا اشكر صحيفة اضواء الوطن
