دعت وزارة الخدمة المدنية (2381) متقدماً للوظائف المشمولة بلائحة الوظائف التعليمية المعلنة بتاريخ 12/9/1435هـ حتى 22/9/1435هـ يمثلون من تم ترشيحهم مبدئياً للمطابقة النهائية لبياناتهم لدى أي من فروع ومكاتب الوزارة وذلك اعتباراً من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 16/10/1435هـ إلى يوم الاربعاء الموافق 17/10/1435هـ خلال فترة الدوام الرسمي ، وحسب التوزيع المرفق ، مصطحبين معهم ما يأتي :
– أصل وثيقة التخرج موضحاً بها التقدير العام والنسبة المئوية أو المعدل التراكمي وتاريخ التخرج .
– قرار المعادلة الصادر عن لجنة المعادلات بوزارة التعليم العالي حال كون الدرجة العلمية من خارج المملكة .
– أصل وثيقة الدبلوم العام في التربية , حال كون المتقدم يحمل مؤهلاً غير تربوياً .
– أصل وثيقة دبلوم التربية الخاصة لوظائف التربية الخاصة .
وأوضحت الوزارة أن الترشيح النهائي يتوقف على دقة المعلومات التي سبق ان سجلها المتقدم في برنامج جدارة وفي ضوئها او ما يتم من تعديل لتتم المفاضلة على الوظائف حسب المادة والمرحلة التعليمية والمقر بناء على ما سجله المتقدم من رغبات.
