دشنت لجنه التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية بقرية مغيراء التابعة لمحافظة العلا بعض البرامج المعتمدة لعام 1435 على شرف سعادة عميد كليه المجتمع بمحافظه العلا الدكتور يوسف العنزي والعميد المتقاعد الشيخ فارس بن ناصر الايداء وسعادة مدير التربية والتعليم في محافظه العلا السابق الاستاذ ابراهيم القاضي وسعادة مدير التربية والتعليم بالعلا الاستاذ ابراهيم رشيد وعدد من وجهاء القرية وشملت البرامج الجديدة مركز تنميه المرآه ومركز تنميه الطفل والاسر المنتجة ومركز التجميل وبرامج القسم الشبابي المركز الترفيهي وبرنامج لست وحدك لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة .
