قلّد سعادة مدير إدارة مرور منطقة حائل العقيد بدر بن ضاوي العتيبي، الملازم أول حمود بن صايل القبلان الشمري والملازم أول نايف بن سليمان الرشيدي رتبتيهما الجديده “نقيب “، بمكتبه صباح اليوم الأحد 8 -5-1435 هـ.
جاء ذلك إثر صدور الموافقة السامية على ترقيتهما إلى رتبة “نقيب”, وكان ذلك بحضور العقيد دحيم بن سالم الشبرمي مساعد مدير المرور ومدراء الشعب والأقسام.
من جهته, تمنى العقيد العتيبي للمترقين التوفيق الدائم في حياتهم العملية.
وعبّر النقيب حمود الشمري والنقيب نايف الرشيدي عن سعادتهم واعتزازهم بهذه الثقة الملكية الغالية, مشيرين إلى إن الترقية خير داعم لهم في سبيل خدمة الدين والمليك والوطن.
متمنيان من الله العلي القدير أن يعينهما على القيام بواجبهم على أكمل وجه.
