حصل الباحث كاتب فهد بن براك الرشيدي على درجة الدكتوراة بأمتياز وكان عنوان أطروحته ( العلاقات السياسة السعودية الكويتية( ١٩٦١-٢٠٠٢) وقد تكونت أعضاء لجنة المناقشة من كلاً من عطوفة الاستاذ الدكتور محمد الطراونة نائب رئيس جامعة مؤتة مشرفاً ومقرراً والأستاذ الدكتور خليل الحجاج عضوأ خارجياً والدكتور سليمان الصرايرة عميد شؤون الطلبة عضواً والدكتور صداح الحباشنة عميد كلية العلوم الاجتماعية عضواً ونحن نزف أجمل التهاني والتبريكات لوالده الشيخ / فهد بن عبيد بن علوش بن دليم بن براك بمناسبة حصول ابنه على درجة الدكتوراة جعلها الله له خيراً في الدنيا والآخرة وتجدر الإشارة بأن جامعة مؤتة ممثلة برئيسها عطوفة اﻷستاذ الدكتور رضا الخوالدة كرمت ابن براك لتفوقه العلمي على مستوى طلبة الدراسات العليا وحصوله على الدكتوراة من كلية العلوم الأجتماعية وقدمت له درع الجامعة وميدالية التفوق.
