أدى اهمال الجهات الرقابية في بلدية عفيف من تفاقم مخلفات الذبح خلال أيام التشريق وشكلت المسالخ خطراً يهدد الصحة العامة من خلال رمي البهائم النافقة بجوار المسالخ في ظل غياب فرق النظافة والقسم البيطري لاسيما أن فترة عيد الأضحى تتطلب تكثيف أعمال الرقابة على المسالخ والمطابخ .
